28 December 2027 – 5 January 2028
Scots College, Wellington
Join us for an exhilarating week of dancing,
music and traditional Scottish culture.
Hogmanay
Bring in the New Year with a traditional Scottish Hogmanay.
Dance classes
Experienced NZ and overseas tutors will help you develop your dancing at any level, and introduce you to new dances.
Afternoon activities
Try something different in an optional afternoon class, or visit one of Wellington’s top attractions. Or if you prefer, simply rest and relax.
Social dances
Time together each evening for everyone to ‘kick up their heels’.
Musicians’ class
Learn the subtleties and experience the delights of traditional Scottish music with fellow musicians.

Live in at Scots College or commute daily. Come for all or part of a week. Meet up again with
old dancing friends, and make new ones.
Whether you are new to Scottish Country Dancing or have been dancing for years,
Summer School offers something for everyone.
